Stretch & Flex with MaryClaire

Whether you are moving toward your due date or are a new parent, this class will support your journey.  Stretching encourages flexibility, keeps your muscles supple and eases pregnancy’s aches and pains.  Stretching also improves your range of motion which helps both in childbirth and managing a little one.  

This class welcomes you wherever you may be and guides you through a variety of routines to move you forward on your journey.  We support your development, help you find your strength and promote your durability.

Physical fitness is important for mental clarity, as a stress reliever and to ensure an overall better quality of life. 


Regular exercise is just as important during and after pregnancy. During pregnancy exercise and better breathing help with easier and faster labors. Postpartum, a strong core will help with healing. It will also boost your energy, promote better sleep and relieve stress for the new parents.
